For non-US sellers shipping DDP to the United States

Reprice your whole Etsy shop for US tariffs — from one CSV.

Etsy's beta calculator does one listing at a time and can't save the result. Upload your listings CSV, pick your origin country, and get AI-suggested HS codes, estimated US duty per item, and a repriced DDP-ready CSV (plus a Quick Edit-ready sheet) back. Free while in beta.

FAQ

Straight answers

Is this an official Etsy tool?

No. This is an independent tool, not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc., used here only to describe what the tool works with. Your shop data never touches an Etsy login — you upload the CSV export you already have.

How accurate are the estimates?

They're informational estimates, not a customs ruling. Each listing gets an AI-suggested HS category (which you can override per row), and duty is computed from a hand-checked table of MFN rates plus country surcharges, stamped with its snapshot date. We show the HS heading and the exact rate rule behind every number so you can check our work. We are not a customs broker; actual duties are determined by US Customs.

What changed (or is changing) on July 24, 2026?

On July 24, 2026, the US is finalizing a new tariff regime for imports: the temporary Section 122 rules expire, leaving MFN rates plus country-specific surcharges. Until finalization, our rate table reflects the best public information available and is provisional — it's clearly marked as such next to the snapshot date. Every estimate and output file carries that snapshot date, and when rates change (including at finalization), we update the table and bump the date — that's what the rate-change alerts are for.

What is DDP shipping, and why does it matter for US orders?

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means you, the seller, collect and pay US import duty upfront instead of the buyer being surprised at the door. Since July 9, 2026, non-US sellers shipping to US buyers without DDP lose Purchase Protection — which is why building the duty into your prices, shop-wide, matters.

Is my CSV uploaded anywhere?

No. Your file is parsed and repriced entirely in your browser. The one exception: listing titles only are sent to our classification API to suggest an HS category, and they are not stored. Details in the privacy policy.

How do I get the new prices back into my shop?

Two ways. Download the repriced CSV — it keeps every original column and adds the suggested DDP price alongside — or use the Quick Edit-ready sheet, which lists each listing (by SKU or title) with its new price so you can paste values straight into your shop's bulk Quick Edit view. Tariff repricing done in one pass, not 200.
